Stayed with my family whilst attending a wedding. Our host was very welcoming, and was able to let us check in much later than we had arranged after we were caught in heavy traffic on the journey down. The room (No 1) was clean and spacious, even with a double and two single beds we were not cramped. We didn't...

Stayed here to see my son off to uni. Just 5 mins from seafront and 10 min drive into city centre. Striking Art Deco building. Spacious room with small but nice en suite - all very clean. Breakfast ok - nothing special. Unfortunately absolutely no internet connection in room (room 2) but owner aware of problems and said it was...

Stayed here with wife and baby to be close to Victorious festival. Decent location, not in the thick of things but quite close to a shopping street or two. Parking was available on nearby streets. Room (ours was a double and a single) was well apportioned with an en-suite. Good selection of teas/coffees etc Only slight niggle was the lack...

Great location for Southsea beachfront (10 mins walk) or the Museums (25 mins walk), with plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Spotless room with great en-suite. Charming and very informative hosts. Lovely breakfast.

Convenient location, close to theaters and restaurants. 15 mn walk to South Parade Pier, 5 mn drive to Gunwharf Quays. Excellent English breakfast on top floor, friendly service, easy parking in adjacent streets. Owner speaks perfect French, and is very helpful. Good value for money.

I stayed at this hotel in July 2016 with an ex-Navy mate as we were attending a re-union in Portsmouth. The hotel is in a good location in Southsea being not to far away from the large and varied array of bars and pubs. Its also about a 20-25 minute walk to Portsmouth City Centre or Gunwharf Quays. The twin...

I don't write many reviews but felt I need to in this case. I stayed her for business last week for two nights. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the owner was very welcoming. I stayed in room 7 which had a double and a single bed and an en suite. Again, spotlessly clean and it provided two excellent...

We recently stayed here for a couple of nights whilst participating in the Great South Run. It's a lovely guesthouse. The owner was very friendly upon arrival and accommodating throughout the visit. The guesthouse itself was fairly clean and tidy, very warm & in a great central location for everything we needed and, although there is no on site parking,...
