Have stayed here for the last few weeks and there are lots of positives..... Namely the front of house staff and the gym facilities, specifically Toni, Louise and Pheobe who have been absolutely brilliant! Really solution focused, attentive, kind and thoughtful. However, the food menu is extremely limited for people with food intolerances with no starters or deserts at all for those who don't eat diary and only one main. Food also never comes with sauces or dressings, so you have to ask every single time! Housekeeping is also all over the place with some weeks where they didn't clean the room all week and others when they came in almost every day. It's really just about attention to details and consistency.... If the management can get that nailed, it will be a five out of five venue for the money.

Toni, Louise and Phoebe (restaurant) provided amazing service, as did the cleaning staff. Front desk staff also extremely helpful throughout. Five stars are based on these interactions. Food is limited to say the least.

Stayed here for 8 weeks with work, and the only reason I’m giving five stars is the front of house staff, notably Toni, Louise, and Phoebe who couldn’t do enough for us and ironed out all the problems caused by the terrible kitchen (food not being served on time, things missing etc etc). The house keeping was erratic. The above mentioned staff and reception staff deserve a pay rise and promotion!

It doesn't matter how nice a Hotel is and it's location and facilities ( and this one has plenty of them), it is always the staff that make or break your experience. Having had a particularly long stay for many weeks in one of their excellent disability rooms we got to really see the effort made daily by the whole team to make your stay as pleasant and as comfortable as they can. A few notable mentions, of many of the team we got to know include, Charlotte at Reception and her Team, Kristina and the rest of the House Keeping Team, Jimmy the General Manager, Fiona and Laura in the Business Suite. Natalie, Toni, Louise and Sarah part of the Breakfast and Restaurant Team, well supported by the always hidden kitchen staff and not forgetting Kat and her Starbuck's Team. For those interested in facilities to hand there is ample parking, with access to nearby estuary and lake walks. Open Gym and Indoor Pool, Business & Function Meeting Rooms, All played their part to make our multiple stays very pleasant and memorable for all the right reasons.

Horrible food absolutely disgusting, do not stay here if you’d like a lay in I was out in a room underneath workout studio and was rudely awoken at 6am, funny musty smell around certain corridors and the same sort of smell magnified in steam and sauna
