We have stayed here lots of times but really disappointed. There is not enough parking and we had to park in quite a dodgy area and to walk through 2 subways to take our luggage to the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone on their own. The breakfast was poor quality. The eggs overdone, hash browns soggy and mushrooms dry. On the plus side, the rooms were very clean and the staff friendly and efficient.

Don’t often review, but the lady at reception was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. She noticed it was my birthday and went out the back and got me some chocolate. Small touch but well recieved. Perfect location for city centre, we went to the theatre and then pop world after - very easy accessible and the car park is outside the doors to the hotel (about 30ish spaces, but we arrived at 3pm on Saturday and parked fine, £10 for 24 hours) Thank you.

Lovely stay will definitely be going back. We stayed here so we was close to peppa pig world and westquay shopping centre. Excellent location. The only tiny small fault (that's not really a fault) is the family rooms are quite small with a double and 2 singles.

Stayed there several times. This time only real issue was the bar. Didn’t open til 6 on the Friday and the Saturday 1 young girl on. Waiting about 20 mins to get a drink at one point there must have been 15 people queuing good job there wasn’t social distancing otherwise they would have been in the corridor outside. Also on the Saturday night they were closing the bar at 10.45 let us get drinks then shortly after 11.00 they kicked us out told us we had to finish drinks in our rooms. Didn’t mention that before we bought them.
