Came back because my last visit was so good. Not disappointed this time either. The manager Christine was so welcoming and genuinely pleased to see me again. Home from home in a friendly family orientated atmosphere. I wi definitely be coming back. Clean comfy bed and room.

Lovely welcoming from the staff. Was allowed a slightly earlier booking in time for our ease. Room was spotless, clean and comforting (we stayed in a double bed room). Comfy bed, warm shower, easy flush toilet, amazing amounts of storage! Fresh bin, tea/kettle/biscuits etc

No lift but staff will carry your luggage upstairs for you. Maybe 10 minutes walk from Southampton Central station, depending on how long a wait at traffic lights to cross.

HI We are a 10 minute cab ride from the cruise terminals, about £7.00 I personally would travel by train. We are a 5 minute walk from the train station. Christine
