Returning after 4yrs for a short break, pleased to find that high standards have been maintained throughout the hotel. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to king rooms overlooking the stadium, immaculately presented and spotlessly clean. Breakfast selection, and staff, some of the best we’ve experienced. Dinner in Beefy’s was an excellent experience, great meal in pleasant surroundings with very personable young staff who are a credit to the hotel. Will definitely return.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed for 1 night in July 2021 as our daughter is starting University in Southampton this year but hadn't really had the chance to see the city. I chose the hotel because of the availability of parking (we had a bad experience in Cardiff a couple of years ago!). When we arrived the corridor was full of trays that had been used for room service the night before, but as this was 3pm, I was worried that the room wouldn't be ready either. I didn't need to worry though as everything was clean and tidy in both rooms. It was a lovely quiet location for a stay and just what we were hoping for. We booked breakfast when we checked in and it was a pretty spectacular breakfast. Hot food was cooked frequently and brought out as soon as supplies were running low and there was a wide range of foods for those who didn't want a cooked breakfast too. All in all we were all very happy with our stay and intend to stay here again if our daughter gets in to Uni in August!

This Hilton is in a beautiful setting and is within the Ageas Bowl: the home of Hampshire County Cricket Club. Pitch facing rooms have balconies and are the best rooms if you want to watch a game of cricket. There is also a Golf course. The hotel restaurant,Beefy's is splendid- great food; great staff and lots of Botham mementos from his cricketing days. The Hilton Ageas Bowl has exceptional staff in all areas: they are professional and lovely people. This Hilton is the best Hilton I have stayed anywhere in the world.

Good hotel, amazing staff. Annie on reception was amazing. Executive lounge has gone and I am very very sad about this, would look to book a different hotel now the lounge has gone. Restaurant very lacking in their covid protocol (understand this is under separate management), food good but not excellent. Hilton Ageas bowl is a good hotel, as a diamond member the removal of the lounge is a sad decline and the management should reconsider, without the lounge I will now book a more central hotel (non hilton group) sorry to the staff but the loss of the lounge is significant for loyal hilton clients.
