Check in was good,we decided to have a room within the hotel, the room was a bit on the small side but beds were comfortable, bathroom was small and silicon around bath required replacing due the usual black mould, during the evening we found one of the curtains hanging off, during our sleep the room was very hot there is...

Good hotel in Hereford. Stayed there with a group of people from work in the week. Very helpful staff when we arrived very late. Plenty of parking and a good breakfast. Hotel is large with many rooms out in annexes so good access and low noise levels too.

I am chemically sensitive and the Three Counties was a breath of fresh air! I could even take my dog and we stayed in a garden room which was great - just open the door and let him safely run around for a bit. Sorry B&B's but you tend to bombard me with all sorts of chemical smells as I...

Was in a garden room which was pleasant but a little disconnected & cold. Very expensive for what it was & no breakfast included. Paid separately for breakfast which was of average quality. Staff friendly but not overly helpful.

From arrival to departure this Hotel oozed enthusiasm to please. Special thanks go to Carol on reception who's knowledge and thoughtfulness had no bounds. We were checked in and turning the key to the room in no time at all. We where a group of 40 RAF veterans out to enjoy our 50th year of signing for Queen and Country...

Lovely people working to make this hotel outshine others in the area...plenty of parking. For meetings it's a good place to use with plenty of space - thank you to all those involved to help make it a personal and caring experience

Having stayed before it's disappointing to see the decor hasn't changed one bit. However the staff, the bar, and the general cleanliness of the room was great. Needs investment desperately, although it does have a charm you can't quite put your finger on.

Stayed here a few years back and wasn't that impressed, however after a work imposed return I was pleasantly surprised. The lady at reception was very helpful, the room was clean and in good order, the TV was exceptionally good, as in all the channels worked with a clear unbroken signal, the wifi was also very good, possibly the best...

Since all the rooms have a door to the outdoors, this is really a drive-up motel type of place. Rooms are small and can be noisy depending on what is going on. but you get what you pay for, and rooms are not expensive. The bar area is busy and noisy when there are a conference guests around. The restaurant...

After a long car journey we were delighted to arrive at the Thee Counties Hotel in Hereford to a warm welcome from the receptionist. The garden room was ideal, away from the road, car parking outside the door, comfortable beds and sensible bathroom, huge tv, tea and coffee making facilities. The room was in a separate single storey building just...
