I can’t help but think that this hotel is benefitting from lack of local competition.
The price was high for a one night weekend stay and the room was comparatively tired and dated.
The breakfast to the room was ok but not special in any...More
My husband and I visited without booking a table but we were able to be seated in the bar area. Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea. I'm vegetarian so was given my sandwiches on a separate plate to the meaty ones without me having to ask...More
I booked 32 Family members into this hotel for a w/e to attend our Sons wedding locally. The staff were so helpful during the booking process, they coped wonderfully well with many changes and individual needs of the older family members. Then due to a...More
Simply one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Rooms, service, quality of food, staff, all superb. Nothing was too much trouble. Even held dinner back for late arrivals who had delayed flight into country.
My wife and I stayed here for one night on our UK tour! A lovely boutique hotel in a perfect central location, in a wonderful setting, with an excellent restaurant. Superb, friendly staff. A really well run hotel.

Yes there is a lift in the main hotel which goes to the 2nd floor. Some rooms have a couple of steps after the lift, but if you speak to reception they can try to allocate a room directly outside the lift with no steps. We also have a couple of ground floor rooms if that was of interest to you. Please note the No. 25 Townhouse does not have a lift at all.
I hope we can welcome you to Hereford in the near future.
