Stayed here recently while visiting friends and also somewhere close to London so i could have a day trip there. Its such a nice location in the countryside with a pond near by and a great pub next door that has friendly staff and serves great food. We where made aware of a £25 deal where you can get a...

Nowhere near the best Premier Inn I've stayed at unfortunately. It was difficult to find as the sign is tough to spot whilst concentrating on the road. Staff were friendly but it has a ex travelodge feeling to the hotel.

We stayed overnight recently , we were welcomed politely and found the room to be basic but clean i would say though that the room could have been warmer we tried to re program the heating but to no avail, The following morning we paid for breakfast at the beefeater next door. As it was busy near the buffet table...

Booked here as a hotel just off the M25; it was dark when we arrived. Satnav was loaded with the post code, which stopped us in the middle of nowhere; we tried again with Google maps putting the hotel name and discovered it was a mile further on, but as it was off the road there were no lights to...

Beautiful location, facilities in need of a make over, good staff reasonable price, I think the standard of the rooms is reflected in the price. pub was good and very busy ( which is a good sign), but service was good.

Picked Bricket Wood as 15 mins from Harry Potter studio, venue was excellent tucked down a lane with the on site restaurant an old mill so location was rural but close to town. Good meal and great breakfast - would recommend this Premier Inn

My wife and I visited the area this weekend and stayed here. It's out of the way and to get there you drive through some beautiful areas. We arrived in the evening even it was dark and got parked just by the entrance. Checked in and I was happy to be given an actual key, not a card I need...

Very lovely setting, ducks very funny. Rooms and restaurant cold in heat temperature and no pro social training by staff to staff, heated arguments and rude explanations about what happened night before in front and overheard by customers.

My room was very cold, so much so, I went to the reception to ask for help to increase the heating in the room or a move to a new room. The lady receptionist came my room and spotted instantly, that the heating switch was upside down. I would have to ask why? Is it likely that any electrician would...
