We had just some drinks and snacks but the highlight was the attitude of the young lady behind the bar .She was outstanding and she told me that she was working 2 jobs to feed her family and that she just had worked a second straight shift today. It did not affect her attitude and she was very happy to take care of her customers. Thank you . I apologize I do not remember her name

Amazing place to stay! The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are a little small, but clean and cozy. The breakfast is incredible and soo tasty. Their dinner is also very tasty and good. Overall I would 100% recommend this place!

Wonderful night’s sleep, gorgeous view and generous room! We loved our stay at The Miller’s Arms. We had a fantastic breakfast (excellent eggs) and were well looked after by all the staff, especially the manager who made sure we slept well and found everything to our liking. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful and unique pub and hotel. Thanks very much!

Excellent 2 night stay. Comfortable and bright room (Millers room). Friendly welcome and well organised. Good breakfast. Excellent location by the river and within a few minutes of the centre of the city. Parking was straightforward in the car park very close to the hotel.

We had a great stay here. The location is lovely - close to the shops and cathedral but overlooking the river. It is a great base for exploring. There is a large car park opposite with a £12 fee for each 24 hours that you stay. Staff at the inn are able to take payment for this when you arrive without any stress or hassle. The room was super with a comfortable bed, extra pillows, a good shower and a bath. There was a good choice of food for breakfast which is served between 8 and 10. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the whole place has a relaxed and friendly feel. We would recommend The Millers Arms for anyone who wants a comfortable, friendly base from which to explore.

Stayed over on a Saturday night for my partners birthday. The bars nice and the guy checking us in was very polite and professional helping us with their discounted parking. The room was pretty nice if a little on the small side but had all you needed. Breakfast was nice in the morning. All in all good value for money and would happily stay again

Recently stayed in the hotel for an evening. Really nice bar and good location. The room we were located in was however very noisy and could hear most things going on outside the room. The room was quite dated but had all the facilities required.

We stayed overnight with my daughter on a deal with Shepherd Neame which included 2 course dinner, nights accommodation and Breakfast for two. Had a nice meal in the restaurant, although busy with a couple of Christmas parties there was hardly any wait . Breakfast was good also, no complaints. We had a twin room , clean and everything you need. Did not sleep too well as room really hot and pillows hard but a nice room overlooking the river. Car park nearby has a deal with the hotel, half price, you just take a photo of your reg and show them to issue a permit. Five minutes walk to Cathedral and centre of town so good for shops and Christmas market.

I had my Christmas party here on Friday. The restaurant was extremely busy but somehow the staff managed to keep up exceptional service despite the manager not being around too much.. our server Ellie in particular went above and beyond for us and nothing was too much hassle. Thank you Ellie!
