Terry is a brilliant host. He ensured that this Vegan/Vegetarian couple got a lovely cooked breakfast. Cosy Double bedroom is nice and quiet, away from noisy roads and doesn't neighbour any other rooms

We stayed for one night in the Harriet House on our Way to Dover. It is absolutely recommendable as it is just 10 minutes by foot to the town centre, newly refurbished and has a very nice host. If we'll go the same route again, we will stay there - no doubt

Lovely setting, nice views, great room, and Terry was wonderfully cheerful and helpful. The breakfasts were lovely, and we managed to get a table in the conservatory with lots of flowers and birds to greet us. We'll definitely book with them the next time we're in Canterbury!

We received a very warm welcome. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Excellent choice for breakfast especially well catered for Coeliacs. Ten minutes walk from Station and ten to fifteen minutes walk to city centre. Definitely recommend it. Diana

We had room no. 1 - a nice and clean room, good and sufficiently sized bathroom. The staff/owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is in walking distance to the centre of Canterbury. Not to mention the fantastic breakfast in the conservatory. We had a splendid time - we will be back :-)

Clean, Tidy and a well run B&B conveniently close to the city centre. The owners were very helpful and provided an information pack with details of local city restaurants, entertainment venues, taxi services etc. We went to Harriet House having just walked away in disgust from another B&B situated further away from the city and costing the same per night...
