Lovely hotel with good selection of food for breakfast and dinner with friendly helpful staff. Nice big bedrooms clean and comfortable with tea & coffee. Well situated for Rotchester and Chatham. Nice pool area but would have been nice to have a jakkussi. Though it was quite busy there was plenty of seating areas in and around the bar area.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, bit of a difference as originally booked to go to Madrid. This is a great hotel, which meets the needs for guests with the added bonus of a pool, sauna and steam room. The breakfast was good, the car park can get busy with the meeting room bookings and gym / spa users

The Hotel room was very neat and tidy, the staff were very accommodating to us as we were running late! Amy, Tracey, Callum and Lauren were amazing while we were in the restaurant! Lauren especially was very prepared as she tried very hard to answer every question asked! She needs extra praise! Thank you again to all who made our night extra special! Finally, we could not find any fault in the food so send a special thanks to your chefs! You can tell they have passion in what they do and the personal touches that they gave to us was a warm and welcoming surprise! Will be back and will reccomend at every avaliable chance!

The nicest person we spoke to was Amy. Other than this I will not stay here again 1. In one of our rooms there were many spiders on the beds, so we requested to move. 2. Heated pool not heated 3. The person who massaged myself and a friend was rubbing our backs not massaging, worst massage ever. Even though we asked to apply more pressure she didnt. So over priced for 25 mins (which actually lasted about 20mins) 4. My bed was broken, so i had the worst nights sleep. As it was late we were too tired to pack our things and move. 5. Rooms were very outdated 6. Rooms were so stuff and no way to change the temperature 7. The mugs in the room were dirty still had lipstick stains. (due to covid i would have expected better) Me and my friends couldnt wait to get out quicker.

My partner and I visited in June 2021 for 2 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by a pleasant receptionist who was friendly and polite. The room was very clean and well presented. We had an all inclusive deal including breakfast, lunch and dinner and 2 spa treatments each. The staff at the bar and restaurant were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The technicians in the spa were absolutely amazing. The treatments we received left us both feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet getaway.
