A large group weekend stay for a couple of nights meant that a lot of people were arriving and leaving at the same time. In general it all went well and they catered for us admirably. A small lift, and three floors up, with two more to get to the restaurant meant some walking up and down. And getting lost...

We stayed at the Pegwell Bay Hotel for a couple nights as part a wedding party. We were pleasantly surprised how well this older hotel is kept. Our room on the top floor was extremely clean and spacious with all the facilities we needed. Even though the weather was not great the hotel heating was very efficient, so much so...

A great hotel with very friendly and engaging staff. The bar across the road does fantastic food and beer and made me feel very welcome and is apart of the hotel linked via a corridor under the road. The room I was in was very clean and the shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel so well...

We made a spur of the moment decision to do the Viking Bike Trail around the Thanet coast, and booked a night at this lovely hotel. It used to be a care home for elderly gentlemen, and has been refurbished to high standards. Their pub is just across the road overlooking the bay, and after a gorgeous ride we sat...

Last minute decision to stay- pleasant room with a particularly good shower. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. Didn't eat at the pub next door as we opted to walk into Ramsgate. Good starting point for cycling the Viking trail.

We recently held our wedding ceremony and reception at the Pegwell Bay Hotel. Tracie and the team were fantastic. The food was excellent and the whole day could not have been better. Thank you so much.

We had a quite small, but well equipped room facing inland. It was clean, warm with an opening window. Everything worked well and actually being a small room did mean it was easy to watch a film in bed. Breakfast was well cooked and they were flexible about the choices, so my husband had hash browns with kippers for example....

We often stay at the Pegwell Bay Hotel. The books are basic and clean and the hotel has a beautiful view over Pegwell Bay and is close to Ramsgate Harbour. We had dinner in the newly refurbished Stanley Gray Opposite the hotel and the food selection was good but not fancy. Breakfast is always very tasty served in their function...

My family have holidayed in Pegwell Bay, Ramsgate since my mother was a child. In those days it was a home for elderly gentlemen. It has been a hotel for sometime now. Refurbished but keeping a lot of the original features. The rooms are not large but are very clean and comfortable and the shower rooms are beautifully tiled. You...

We only stayed for 1 night, but what a beautiful stay. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and tidy and the condiments provided were top quality. We stayed for a party on the Saturday night and the function room is set out beautiful for weddings. Also the bar area is great as its a traditional...
