Great reliable hotel for a city visit. My second visit here and booked again as I have family and friends nearby. The staff are really friendly. Breakfast is good, better than I've had in more expensive chains. It's across the road from rail and bus station. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend Ibis Hull.

Can’t fault the place for value for money, classic cheap and cheerful and clean enough. Rated it just average because it is very basic and the night staff (same as last time) aren’t very friendly. I imagine they deal with rif raf now and again but don’t judge everyone like that.

Great location. Great, clean room - which was a good size too. Great breakfast, loads of choice & really tasty. All for a great price! Really close to the Arena - just a couple of minutes walk, & a car park on the doorstep that’s only £3 overnight!!!

The staff are really friendly. The room is nice and cosy. Clean room and bar/restaurant area and all at a fair price. Literally a 5 minute walk from the train station so ideally located... but as mentioned the staff are great.

Basic accommodation but clean and tidy enough for a one nighter seeing a show/night out. Reception staff lovely, night security barking orders about closing doors would make you feel like his naughty son, if I was bothered. Hotel food overpriced but plenty of options within walking distance. Ideal location in city centre for transport links, Connexin Live entertainment venue and city centre shopping or night out. Tip : For Parking it’s the Osborne Street multi story behind the hotel. Take cash (£3 for 24hr, no card option) otherwise you can pay online but there’s no instructions about this at the car park - the hotel with give you instructions.
