Stayed at the hotel on the 26 April and could not sleep due to the motor sound coming through the room walls. Staff were great on arrival, but no one to be seen when i departed. Looks to be a good hotel, bar the sound in the room.

Good hotel situated only a short distance from Hull's Park and Ride. Also a few minutes walk from a bus stop if you need to stay late in the city (the Park and Ride closes at about 7.30. and the gates are locked). Friendly and helpful service; good meals; comfortable rooms.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel during a 1 night visit to Hull. The location was good as we were driving and the view out of the window facing west was great of the Humber Bridge. The room itself was very comfortable ,spacious and clean and met our needs perfectly for this 1 night stay.

Stay in this hotel very very frequently and it is needs updating and refurbished. Recent update to the restaurant menu has seen a significant reduction in options available. Breakfast has seen a reduction in items on offer in the hot section. Poor selection of beer in the bar, very lager orientated and little in the way of choice of the...

Great family hotel, very good value, leisure facilities excellent and staff very friendly. Very well equipped to make a stress free stay with two children under 6. Would highly recommend as a good base for a family break on the East coast!

Hate that you removed the front desk and only one staff to help. Star bukes was close at 6:50 am and you advertise everywhere how good Starbucks is but yet it's close when you want to use it. My wife and I wanted to get a treatment on the SPA but there was no appointments for anything

Great hotel, club rooms lovely. Great facilities, lovely jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. Very welcoming, helpful staff. Easy to pick up the local bus to save moving the car. Food good in the pub. Better selection of fruit for breakfast would be good though.

Room was next to a room containing a generator therefore no sleep. Otherwise was a great stopover with pamper treatments. Excellent full Englisg breakfast made even better with a 2 for £5 deal. Food in the pub was on,y so so. Will definitely return though as excellent location to get around including lovely Beverley.
