Hi, you can buy them from the Hotel or at the jetty.

We spoke to a couple who paid £10 For their dog. It's a great place for dogs. Many places for them to run and a shirt walk to the lakeside

I agree with the answers above. Some rooms have views of Lake Coniston but it appears that no rooms have balconies.
