Where do I start! The room was over crowded with awful furniture and so hot. However when we tried to open our window onto a fire exit and bright light the window was cracked! Broken windows, shabby, unsafe! The Spa was average too with lipstick on the water glasses and then when I took a shower outside the sauna a...

Room: On arrival we were told we were receiving a complimentary upgrade (first ever upgrade we've received!). The Tennyson Suite was stunning, with a view out onto the adjoining country road and a comfy bed, stylish sofa/armchair combo, and roomy and functional bathroom. Food: The food in the Signature was top notch and the service, particularly with Daniel (from Poland,...

Stayed here for a family wedding, room was freezing and dirty! All the rooms and decor was outdated, staff were rude and I would never stay here again. Ordered food and it took ages to come. Rude staff and poor service 👿

Sadly the room was placed above the main restaurant which(denied to the...

Wonderful staff who make this hotel special, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent food in both the Signature restaurant and the bistro. Pool and sauna very well maintained we used this everyday. We would recommend and will return. Only one fault the lift was out of order for the whole of our stay which meant we didn't get the room...

We stayed on a Friday night and booked at king room with mountain view. The room was a little smaller than expected and the bathroom compact. The room was well decorated and beautifully furnished. Service was ok but we wouldn't say great - we experienced better elsewhere the following night. The service at breakfast was slow - only 1 staff...
