A 17th century inn in the heart of Hawkshead. Stunning village, chocolate box scenery, a wonderful hotel ,friendly staff were nothing was too much trouble, spotlessly clean, fabulous food & drink what more could you ask for.

Slate reply. I agree with other peoples answers in that you use the village car park. The area appears to be as safe as any public car park

Hi -During our stay well behaved dogs were allowed, I believe the only no-go area is the morning / breakfast room. I also think if you are staying at the hotel there are "dog friendly" rooms and annexe listed on the tariff.
