Two nights here with family and hubby, Sue and Ian are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was gorgeous on both days and very generous, their omelettes are wonderful. Nice cosy bedroom with everything you need to hand. Would definitely go back as it is a great location too. Thank you Sue and Ian.

This was my fifth stay at Eden Green for the Keswick Jazz Festival. Sue & Ian are always most welcoming hosts. Had the same room as last time, spotless, slept really well as the bed was very comfortable. En suite includes a terry robe as well as a good supply of toiletries. Good selection of hot and cold breakfast dishes....

My husband & I stayed here with Sue & Ian who are outstanding hosts. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and treated superbly. Ian carried our cases to the third floor which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Their knowledge of the area and advice for spending time to enjoy our experience was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious...

My wife and stayed here for 2 nights. We were pleasantly surprised at the location which was closer than we anticipated to the town centre. (5 minutes walk). A place to park found easily enough on the next street. This was a well kept and friendly B&B. The room was quite small but with a lot of attention to detail...

My family and I stayed here over the Easter weekend. There were 8 of us and when we came down for breakfast on the first morning, they had made the effort to learn all of our names. Lots of people who have known my 3 sisters and I for years still get us muddled up so this was impressive! The...

Stayed here for one night. No problem with street parking near the b&b. Great location for the city centre 3 min walk. The room was clean, couldn't fault that. But in need of a bit of TLC in certain parts. Sue and Ian very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was okay, but a little greasy for our liking. Overall acceptable for...

Having a lovely time in Keswick, staying at what we think is the best Guest House in Keswick, over the years we have stayed in many different places in Keswick, and The Eden Green comes out tops. Ian and Sue are lovely hosts, they make you feel welcome from the moment you step through the door, the breakfasts are fantastic...

As usual we had a fantastic stay with ian and sue. Amazing breakfast and cosy rooms. Great local info and a view to die for of skiddaw with snow peak and bright sunrise on top. Also well known for being on one of the main streets of keswick so easy to find. Highly recommended.

Thank Pauline B
