Recently stayed at the babbling brook B&B with my partner during our short visit to Keswick. Very friendly host with great dinner recommendations. Clean, warm room with comfy bed. Shared bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great. Easy walk into town. Pretty view of the stream from our window. Would definitely recommend this place to travelers.

We stayed at the Babbling Brook Guesthouse earlier this year. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was beautiful and the location perfect. The stay was thoroughly enjoyable and I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable & clean with a lovely cooked breakfast. Great location & views from room 5. Bedroom spacious with use of shared bathroom across the landing. 5 minute walk into town. Owner Paul very friendly and knowledgable! Would recommend & stay again. Loved that we could book only one night opposed to most B&Bs in Keswick who impose a minimum 2...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Friendly welcoming and received some excellent recommendations for food. Comfortable, quiet room with WiFi and terrific breakfast. The best part was that we were within walking distance to anywhere we needed to go. Keswick was the most surprising destination on our trip! We were blown away by the beauty of the area...

Lovely central spot, about 5 minutes outside Keswick centre. Gorgeous view of the river outside our room, which was well worth the money! Staff were helpful with all questions we asked, and helpful with recommending places to eat. Breakfast was faultless, room was clean. No major complaints apart from the fact that the wifi signal wasn't great in our room...

The wifi works great throughout the entire house and no other guests have had any such issues. The problem probably is with the ipad itself as when I tryed to search it wasn't even picking up any of my neighbours wifi. Searched again with my phone and connected no problems !!

Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. The location couldn't be much better - there's no need to drive anywhere once you're there - ease of access to town and some lovely walks! Paul pre-empted our questions on arrival and was extremely helpful, always happy go give some valuable local knowledge. The bedroom was small...

My fiancé and I just spent 4 nights at babbling brook. From the moment we arrived Paul made us feel very welcome, providing us with a map and lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities. He was so helpful, and was more than happy to write us a little map for one of our walks. Although our ensuite room was...

Very friendly owners made us feel welcome on our one night stay, they also cook a great english breakfast! The rooms were clean and have everything you need and the property itself is in a good location, close to town and it looks out over a babbling brooke, hence the name.
