Recently stayed 2 nights (Fri-Sun) at Rooms36 and what a place! Andy as a host is very welcoming and accommodating (including our puppy) and he couldn't do enough for you. The rooms are light and airy and a lovely night's sleep was had. The breakfast was fabulous too with plenty of choice. Location was perfect as right in town centre....

We visited Rooms 36 and found it to be a lovely place ran by lovely people. This B&B is sat in the heart of a lovely area of Cumbria, and ideal for walkers and the likes. Andy certainly makes you feel comfortable and does a great breakfast. See you again soon Stephen & Jan

A great find- located in Keswick town and a 5 minute walk to Lake Derwentwater. We has a lovely, bright and airy family room (room 5) - immaculately clean with a great bathroom with huge shower and local natural toiletries provided. Our dog was very welcome too. Andy does a fantastic breakfast- fresh fruit and berries (all really fresh), homemade...

We booked online, after reading the reviews and have not been disappointed. The location is superb, a quick nip under the walking path tunnel and you are in town. The room (4) was big, airy, very comfy bed with quality white linen. Bathroom well thought out and everything you need for your stay. Andy showed us around, and organised parking,...

We had an impromptu visit to the lakes this weekend and totally landed on our feet. This place had a huge light airy bedroom, a comfy King-sized bed and was incredibly close to the town centre. The greeting was friendly, dogs are allowed although we had left our pooch at home and information about local attractions and events is available...

We spends three nights over there. Worried about the parking issue but Andy makes it go away. From Andy's B&B you only need 2 minutes for walk to reach the town market, and the hope park just on your left hand, from there you just need 3 or 5 minutes to the lake area. Again the room 4 is very...

Just returned from my first stay in Keswick. This was the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Rooms large, modern and very clean. Beds comfortable with plenty storage space. Coffee/tea maker in the room. En suite shower room immaculate with complimentary toiletries and hairdryer provided. Excellent location but you can only park your car outside from 4pm to 10...
