We have stayed here twice, and both times thought enjoyed our stay. It's very peaceful, relaxing with exceptional views of the surrounding hills. Facilities are excellent, from the jacuzzi bath to the use of kitchen to prepare pack lunches. The room is cosy, warm and very clean. The location to the top of the town makes ease of access for...

We've stayed in Ravensworth a couple of times in the past. Absolutely loved it, however our last stay has really changed our minds. Previously Ravensworth use to offer a FULL breakfast, this was a highlight of the stay. It made the place feel friendly and a time to get to know the other guests, along with the owners. However upon...

The place is not called Ravensworth House so we couldn't find it. Also the picture is a lie, all vines have been pulled down. The " luxury" attic room had a good view but was tiny, the wifi didn't work there, the bathroom door stuck, and it stank when next door used it! Expensive, no breakfast and I had to...

The most fantastic and Accommodating hosts, Jason and Allison are super friendly and gave us plenty of advice on what to do. Centre of Keswick with beautiful views. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Lily

We visited Ravensworth house at the beginning of December 2015 .. It is nice and central to the town with plenty of parking around the area, we were given a ticket which gave us free parking in the long stay car park 100 yards down the road . The house itself was very nice and the food was amazing so...

At the midpoint of a recent walking holiday along the Cumbria Way trail through the Lake District, we stayed at the superb Ravensworth House. Keswick is busy at all hours; Ravensworth House, no more than a minute's walk to the center of things, is favorably sited in a quieter street—and directly across the street from a beautiful town park, a...

We booked the Derwentwater room at Ravensworth House to celebrate myself and my partners joint birthdays. We couldn't be happier with our stay. From check in to check out we felt very welcome. Our room was excellent, extremely clean and well looked after. The spa bath was a huge bonus. Jason was very attentive and always looking to help you...

My mum and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The town was great, with the hotel being in a very good position - walking distance to everything - including to beautiful lake! Our hosts were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast was delicious!

“We stayed in room 7 (the lords seat) at the back of the B&B, with amazing views. it is however on the 3rd floor (which we were told upon booking). It also has a spa bath which is lovely after a long walk.”

“We loved this room for the comfort, space, snuggle seat (spinny chair for two!), view from the window and bubble bath. Would highly recommend this room as it's a cut above the rest. Well worth it. The site has a virtual tour of all the available rooms so check it out to pick a room that best suits you.”
