We've just returned from another wonderful break at Cragwood. Christine and John, who have recently taken over, were friendly and welcoming. Our room was as lovely as ever, very comfortable and clean and a real pleasure to stay in. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Christine willingly filled our flask when we were out walking, which was... More

Christine, the new proprieter, gave us a warm welcome. We stayed for 4 nights in a quiet, comfortable room at the front of the house with a view of the fells. The room had a kingsize bed and a sofa where we enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. The en-suite had an excellent shower and toiletries were provided. Breakfast... More

Gary and Diane, the owners, are what really set this B&B apart from the dozens of others in Keswick. Gary is a park ranger, and they both hike, so they were a wealth of information on which of the many hiking trails around Keswick would be appropriate for our 54 year old knees. Ask Gary about the secret bluebell spot.... More

Another great stay with Gary and Diane, although difficult times for Keswick with the floods. Hope everyone is ok there. Lovely breakfasts once again, although not expected on the Sunday morning after the threats of flooding nearby. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you very much once again.
