We stayed 4 nights at Leonard's field House. We arrived late on our first night and Neil arranged a dinner reservation for us, a wonderful start to the trip. We stayed in room 3. The room was nice and spacious. Every morning the breakfast choices were great both hot and cold. The spread put out in the mornings left us...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your recent stay with us at Leonard's Field House. Its fantastic to get such positive feedback and to know that you had such a great time, as Theresa and I work hard to try and achieve this. As you will know there is still so much more to explore...

Wonderful welcome and great hospitality. This B+B is easily located and very convenient for the town centre. The rooms are comfy and warm and I slept very well. I found the service very pleasing and I would not hesitate to book and stay here again..

We booked to stay two nights (paid an extra charge for slightly better room- odd re the additional charge as the place was empty) and whilst surprised by the number of 'do not' notices settled in for a two night stay - we were given a warm welcome. Regrettably my wife went down with flu so we had to leave...

Dear Dave Speight from Lothersdale, thank you for taking time to write a review. We are a little puzzled as to why it appeared well over 6 weeks after your stay. We are glad you had a warm welcome which we pride ourselves on, but, sorry you were a little confused about our cancellation policies which can be found in...

We have stayed at Leonards field house several times and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Our room was room 3, it was just how we imagined it from last time, clean, spacious and a lovely view of Skiddaw, it was very quiet considering it was so close to the centre of Keswick. Fantastic breakfast which were delicious for the 6...

Once again, we loved staying at this wonderful B&B and had our second visit this year (our third in total) at the beginning of September. Trip Adviser doesn't allow you to make reviews closer than three months apart which is daft if you've really enjoyed staying somewhere that you quickly book another visit!. Neil and Theresa go that extra mile...

This was our second visit having discovered this gem last September. We can't praise this B&B enough. As we said last time (30 September 2015) a real home from home. Great food, clean and comfy rooms plus all the help and advise you need....... must not forget to mention the lovely cake at the end of the afternoon too. Just...

Spent a lovely 4 nights at the above B&B. Our first visit to Keswick and this was made even more enjoyable with great hospitality from Neil & Teresa. They provided us with lots of local information and of course a 1st class choice of breakfasts. Great location for walks into Keswick (2 mins) and a wide range of pubs (good...

Neil and Theresa make every attempt to make your stay as comfortable and informed as possible. Our room was only available after a cancellation. A cute little attic room that was utterly enchanting. Theresa's little home baked goodies left by the bedside warmed our hearts and we felt we were amongst friends. Neil is an excellent source of local knowledge...

Delighted to come back to Neil and Teresa's BnB and find that our week was as excellent as the first time we stayed last year. Very attentive hosts, nothing is ever too much trouble. Great knowledge of the area, walks, places to visit and places to eat. Neil even tries very hard to make sure we have parking immediately outside...
