There's very little I can say that hasn't already been said by other reviewers to be honest. Two of us stayed for a couple of nights over the bank holiday weekend. The location was perfect, the car parking was really close-by and the B&B is located metres away from the shops and bars. The owners are friendly, funny and informative...

We just departed from the Lake District after an unbeatable B&B experience at the lovely Honister House (HH). The B&B itself is in an ideal location: midway between the Keswick bus stop outside Booths market and the lake (each a ~5 min walk) and steps away from the TI and shops in the town center. The room itself was impeccably...

We absolutely loved our 2 night stay here. Jed and Carol are fantastic hosts who will do whatever they can to accommodate you. Freshly baked cake in your room every day is a superb touch and the house itself is very tastefully decorated to a superb standard. Our room was beautiful with an extremely comfy bed and great shower. The...

We stayed here last year whilst exploring the lake district. The location, look of the rooms and value for money were what drew us to this B&B in particular. It certainly was value for money! The hosts were very accommodating - from meeting us in the nearby car park (permits available) to help us with our bags to meeting all...

We booked here after a friend raved about the place and all I can say is that it exceeded our expectations. We really can’t recommend Honister House enough. Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning but it was the hosts Ged and Carol who made our stay so enjoyable, nothing was...

This is gem of a B&B. I stayed here with my Dad while on a motorbike holiday. Ged and Carol looked after us so well, nothing was to much trouble and we even had fresh homemade cake left in the room each day. Breakfast was superb with extras available such as smoked salmon or kippers if you wanted!! Would most...

Fantastic, intimate, easy going home from home, central to all the amenities in Keswick but at the same time quiet and unobtrusive. Lovely room furnished to very high standards and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fabulous, setting us up for a morning walk and the packed lunch was just the ticket when we were beginning to...

All the good stuff is just as good as last time but Carol & Ged have really upgraded the room I stayed in; a new amazingly comfy king sized bed, a very stylish little couch and a nice wall mounted HD tv. The shared breakfast table is great fun for people who like me who like to meet other people.
