Extremely helpful owners, clean room, comfortable bed, my room unfortunately facing directly over the very busy main road into Keswick but quitens down substantially into the late evening. We stayed along with two other couples who had stayed here before.Lovely rooms.The breakfast was superb.All great quality food,perfectly cooked.High quality bread available for toast was also very welcome. We received a very friendly welcome here at this very nice and well located b&b. The breakfasts were excellent and it's an easy walk into town. There is off street parking which is very useful. I would certainly return here for a future visit.

Hello The rooms are up stairs and along landings. It may not be suitable for two 83 years olds Also the rooms are not en site - Mine at the top of the stairs was a shared bathroom
