Had to work late on 09.01.17 so stay at the George Hotel. Staff where very helpful and always smiling. The food was humble but could of gave better options on starters. Stayed on 18/12/16 whilst travelling back from Scotland.The hotel has a very warm and cosy atmosphere,our bedroom (no6) was quite large with a huge bathroom nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed.We had a three course evening meal which was excellent and the breakfast was cooked for you and was also excellent.All in all we really enjoyed our one night...
