I'd suggest if it is not too late you may be wise looking at possible alternative accommodation. Obviously I don't know how severe your mobility problems are, but there are steep stone steps up from the street to the front entrance of the property.
However, my wife has pointed out that she believes there may be a rear entrance as well on more level ground.
Internally, unless you are on the ground floor you will encounter art least one flight of stairs. Why not ring the proprietor to clarify your concerns?
