The room we stayed in was lovely and modern and very clean. There are lovely little touches that make it feel more like a hotel, like the bathrobe and slippers and...

We were accommodated at the Waterford after our chosen hotel's heating failed. The owners were very friendly. I had room #4 which was very nice and comfortable. There were lots of little touches to make the stay that little bit more special. The bed was comfortable, I was a little warm so did not sleep very well, but that is...

Our second visit. Lovely welcome back from owners Karen and Simon, managed to get room 3 which we had last time. Spotless and well appointed. Breakfast was just as good as last time, really cant fault this guest house. Pity the same can't be said for Blackpool as a whole (should read hole). It's a shame for hard working hoteliers...
