We ended up in Blackpool after we went to Pontins southport and refused to stay in such a dump, (see other reviews). We stayed here at the last minute. There was 4 adults and a 2yr old. The rooms were lovely and clean with fresh clean bedding and towels. The ensuites were lovely and clean. We stayed here for a long weekend for Rebellion festival at the winter gardens. The location is great for this only a very short walk. close to the Tower and town centre. room was cleaned every day and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was very good and service excellent. We have booked again for next year.

Stayed at the roselea bed and breakfast at Chad's from sat 6th August till Monday 8th. Upon arrival woman answering door was very friendly all booked in without any fuss. Parking is restricted at rear of bnb but I managed 2 get in at a cost of £ 3 per day which is very reasonable as blackpool was mobbed due...

We stumbled across this little gem by mistake really,we were booked in somewhere else but decided to look closer to town. Communal areas were clean and tidy. Rooms ok but sadly cold showers, hair in plug hole and someone's old razer blade left on soap holder in shower. Breakfast ok but sadly host not very friendly towards us. Good central location very close to the beach.

My Husband and I stayed here for 4 nights, room was spotless, bathroom very clean, the shower was great once you worked out how to get the right temperature, they cleaned the room and change the towels every day, that was nice.Beds very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice,very accommodating you could have your breakfast just how you like it...

We arrived in January for a two night stay. Fab room, comfiest beds I've ever tried in Blackpool, rooms well decorated (looked recent) and clean. Gorgeous shower, water piping hot and loads of space. Our room was spotless, very comfortable bed, we had a really good night's sleep. They were very friendly & the breakfast was the best we've ever had, we would recommend you stay at this hotel very highly.
