Stayed at the Marsden for one night on the 9th September. Nice little hotel. Has the facility of off road parking, which is secure. A great price for two people to spend the night with breakfast. just stayed at the marsden 9th/10th sept,lovely clean room,hosts very welcomeing,literally 2mins walk to pleasure beach,trams,etc,off road parking at the back,bed and bed linen lovely and soft,as for the breakfast,LOVELY more than enough,and for £42 for 2adults,bargain,thank you

This is a lovely little B&B . The room was clean .the owners were very friendly and welcoming . They do a cracking breakfast . They are in an excellent location .This is deffinatley one B&B in Blackpool I would recommend .

Recently spent a 3 night visit at this Family run bed and breakfasts heres our pros ad con list; The Pro's: Friendly hosts, excellent location, Good breakfast and great value for money, tea and coffee facilities in bedroom, bedding crisp clean and fresh. Just back from another great 2 days at The Marsden where Steve & Karen,as always,gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast at The Marsden is a great start to the day. After day out the lounge area is a great place to relax with a great little bar & good company. Already booked for another good break next year.

Last minute booking via booking.com. Last room left so had a small double for two friends to share. Booked this hotel for 1 night and paid £44. We both considered sleeping in the car. Got into the room, small room with a double bed and a single. Owners very friendly, free parking at back of hotel. breakfast is superb, stayed in room 10 which is a bit on the small side, however no complaints here as the hotel is fairly priced. very clean throughout hotel, will book again.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of August. A very warm welcome awaited us on arrival. Pleasant owners who couldn't do enough for you.
