Stayed at the Manhattan for 3 nights over half term. It was so lovely. Sue the owner could not have been more helpful and really made sure we were OK throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and smartly decorated with the Manhattan theme throughout. The room was perfect and the beds super comfy! It's in such a good location...

We were a bit worried by our booking after reading some of the reviews on here. We were pleasantly surprised, we had a good sized clean room with sea view and the landlady was very warm and welcoming. The price per night for half term was very reasonable. Breakfast offerings would have been nice as an option but the Seagull...

Stayed here for 1 night with friends on our way back home from Glasgow. Brilliant location. Clean room, newly redecorated. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful owners. Great value for money. Only negative really was the lack of hanging space in our room, just a couple of coat hangers on hooks behind the doors, although our friends, larger, room had...

Not a friendly greeting on arrival, no information given about the accommodation - when the bar opened etc. On going upstairs the banister was sticky, in room 7 the venetian blinds did not go down to the bottom of the window, only a few hangars on the wall. Was told on departure that they hoped we had not been disturbed...

We stayed here for two nights, had read some of the reviews after booking and was a bit apprehensive. The hotel is under new management and is clearly being redone as our room was freshly decorated with new beds etc. Beds were comfy, but there was a small leak from the window which was dripping onto the bed. But as...
