excellent location . friendly staff. lovely stay . definitely value for money . breakfast sufficient and proper coffee! advice on cheapest travel around blackpool . only down side lumpy pillows but when had a good day out not a problem

We came to see the illuminations and decided to stay for 2 nights, lovely welcome, nice clean room and gorgeous breakfast. What more do you need? See you next time I'm in Blackpool. Definitely recommend

Stayed for one night in a family room for 3. The room was very small, just enough room for a double bed & a single bed, had its own bathroom, however this was very small. We stayed for one night as two families of four. Our rooms for 4 were spacious, comfy and clean. Spotless bathroom with shower and toileteries, large flat screen TV, Xbox and tea/coffee facilities. Just got back from a 2 night stay at the Newbury. What a lovely little place. Excellent value for money. Great location 2 seconds away from funny girls which was amazing!
