Didn't have a drink in the room as the mugs were stained.Lot of people coming in very early hours of the morning drunk and loud. All that said, location good,free...

The fairhaven hotel on charnley road is quite simply one of the friendliest b&b's you could ever wish to visit. It's really home from home and you are warmly welcomed and looked after. Gary and Wayne have really invested heavily into their business and are continually improving to ensure their guests have the best experience. Fabulous location for the tower,...

the service at the hotel was very good (think we were the only ones staying there), the room was very small and the bedside cabinets were too close to the bed had to put a pillow there so I did not bang my face on it, very good location to the town centre.

Stayed here as a family of four end of September for the lights. Room was ample and quite well furnished with good views of the tower especially when lit up. The breakfast was very tasty with a good choice and plenty of toast. The bar area was good on a night with a friendly relaxed atmosphere, the pool table being...

Bloody awful. We thought we had booked the hotel car park but when we arrived that was not a space saved so we were sent to a car park at a £ 10 cost 😡 The room was tiny , very tired and the quilt was disgusting. Won't be going there again !!

Booked 2 family rooms at £240 each(4 adults and 4 children) requested 2 car spaces when booking but on arrival was told one car per booking not per room so had to pay to park the 2nd car. Wayne introduced himself and was very friendly but totally disorganised. we received...

Hotel owner was great and gave a warm welcome. The food was excellent. Room, where do I start? No towels throughout the stay. Shower had no pressure, bathroom so small you had to leave the door open to use the sink, and the sink was so close to the toilet you had to stand to the side to use it....

We stayed at this hotel for one night to see the illuminations as a family of four. On arrival the staff were extremely helpful & could not be faulted. The hotel was full but they moved their own car to allow us to park on the site. The room was small but fine for us except the bathroom light which...
