Location was excellent, Room was tidy, clean and basic and fine for what we needed. Yes the carpets on the side we stayed in were a little dated but the breakfast was nice. Check in stated from 2pm and we didn't get into our room until 2.30 which was a bit annoying but staff apologised due to them being so... More

The price wasn't expensive. But lacked new decor.carpets well worn.about 20 years old I'd think.one window in bedroom didn't open.so was very stuffy.en suite was tiny.i mean tiny.beds were comfortable. WiFi didn't connect in room.breakfast was lovely but only had 1 hour slot. 8.45-9.45,so with 2 teenagers, trying to get them up for an early breakfast wasn't easy.the one night stay... More

Very clean and fresh interior, room clean, perfectly adequate for 2 adults. Fabulous English Breakfast. Would recommend and stay again. Good location, Bar music might be a little noisy depending who is staying there at that time i.e. hens or group of youngsters!

Stayed here as a family of 4 for 3 nights in mid July. The owners were lovely, very welcoming and did so much for us over the course of our stay. The room we stayed in was clean and a perfect size for the amount of time we spent in it. Location is ideal, close to the promenade, The Blackpool... More

We had booked 4 days at the hotel, after arriving from an 8 hour boat and 2 hour train journey all we wanted was a peaceful nights sleep. Upon arriving the music downstairs was pretty loud but being a Sat night that was no problem, thinking it would be over around 1am or 2am. Well we ended up trying to... More
