Lovely hotel!!!! Friendly, warm and welcoming.Colin and Marlene are truely genuine down to earth people who make you feel very welcome upon arrival through to departure. The rooms are spot on and very clean. Breakfast was lovely, nothing was to much trouble, we could have as much tea and coffee as we wanted, there was a good choice of cereals...

We came for a hen weekend and it was great. Marlene and Colin were amazing, they were really friendly and helped with anything we needed. Rooms could do with a bit of paint but otherwise really good. Car park is better value than the one across the road and is really close to the sea front. Definitely be back.

Another fab stay with 2 of the nicest down to earth hotel owners, we were made very welcome from the minute we walked in to the minute we left, lovely rooms, lovely breakfast, lovely time, great location, carnt say more, thanks guys for another great stay, see you next year xx

Thanks to Marlene and Colin for a warm wecome stayed on Saturday night we were put in room 5 the room was clean good size had three beds a double two singles there is a full breakfast good value looked after us well would definitely go back good central position near to front

Everything that was confirmed when booking was wrong when we arrived. Couldn't check in as nothing was ready which is fine but got hurried out by a very rude women, then when we arrived back later that day she was swearing at us, not very professional. We all looked forward to our stay in blackpool for a hen weekend & to be fair blackpool was great the grange hotel however is a different story when we arrived marlene greeted us and informed us that our rooms were not ready which was acceptable as it was half an hour before check in but did let us leave...

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel and. certainly will never be my last. Marlene and Collin were very welcoming and very pleased to see us again which was lovely as I consider them good friends.
