The room we were allocated was clean and tidy and had an en-suite but was very small in size. For a one night stay, where you simply need a place to sleep its fine, if you are staying longer and intend to spend time in your room I wouldn't recommend.

Stayed here to meet family. All rooms were en suite, clean and warm. Had room service everyday with clean towels and beverage top up. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Free car parking is a definite advantage to this hotel.

We stayed four nights at the Harland and no complaints. The room was fine. Plenty of tea coffee etc. Nice big tv. Shower door was a bit fiddly to close but fine to open and shower was ok. Hot water takes a loooong time to come through the basin tap so you have to be patient, it WILL come through....

I recently returned from a few days holiday at this hotel. I was very distressed at the treatment received from the Manager who was rude and obnoxious. Upon arrival I was shown to a nice room but there was a step down to the bathroom. I asked the Manager if it would be possible to be allocated another room as...
