Stayed here 27th May. Shower room floor more like a sewer. toilet door did not close let alone lock! Room 34 was booked as a disabled room as I use a wheelchair full time, not enough room to negotiate around room. double electric socket on wall did not work. No signal on TV. In short, absolutely awful!! DON'T GO NEAR...

Recently stayed with 3 clients and 2 other staff members for a long weekend break. Right from the minute we arrived nothing was too much trouble for Graham and ALL the staff. The welcome is warm and the atmosphere friendly. The food is all of an exceptional standard. I would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday/break, who requires adaptations...

The Bond is fantastic for anyone who has any type of disablement. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great. We went to the Bond Hotel with my handicapped sister. This is the 5th or 6th time we have used this hotel and we find the staff and food excellent. they put on excellent cabaret and all the "stars" take time to get to know all the handicapped guests and include them in the shows. i would recommend this hotel...

We arrived at this hotel and were lead straight into our rooms..they were very basic but very well catered for disabled and this is what this hotel is all about..the staff will do anything to help you and are friendly they do assist you if you need it..they now run a self service at meal times which is better than...

This was our first time at this hotel,chosen because of my disabilities.We were a little nervous as to what we would find..We neednt have worried we had a really good time..The staff were friendly and extremelly caring, some of the nicest people we have met.The food was very good and a good choice was available.Considering this was a quite week...
