We booked this hotel a week before we went to Blackpool. We paid £56 b&b for a Saturday night stay. We arrived and managed to get a parking space. The first impression I got was that the hotel was very dated decor wise. The dining room had stuffed toys all around which gave it a cluttered feel. Check in was...

We chose to stay at the Moore's because we were taking our daughter to see the Illuminations. We were given a family room, that our daughter could see the tower from, which we were delighted by. The room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was substantial and very tasty. The decor was in keeping with a...

Stayed here with two other couples last weekend to see the illuminations, a bargain - great location, free parking and fantastic breakfast! Rooms were ready and available when we arrived with clean, fresh towels and toiletries, tea and coffee facilities and a tidy en suite. Proprietor Iain was helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble, everything was planned...

Stayed here on the bank holiday , it is in a good location and has parking, well it is very dated and in great need of sorting out , first needing a good clean after starting decorating in our room , it was left half done and a thick layer of dust was visible , there was not enough staff...

I stayed here when going to the darts and the price I paid was a bargain, including free parking and a good full breakfast menu. The staff were very friendly and offered genuine and attentive service. Location ideal for many of the attractions and room was clean. However, some drastic modernisation is needed for this hotel to fulfil its potential...

Most b and b's in seaside resorts are quite dated ,this one very much so ,parts of it are very clean but other parts quite grubby , decided not to have breakfast ,the guy serving looked scruffy and disinterested and the breakfast room really dark and dingy ,put us right off ,,suppose its an OK place if you just need...

I stayed at the Moores over Easter weekend on the recommendation of my Brother, who had stayed there prior with the somewhat infamous Brian! We were greeted at the door by Iain, who could not do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. The room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent and top quality ingredients used. Will be...

Be prepared for The Moores as one of my favourite films is The Shining by Stanley Kubrick and the decoration and facilities of the room I had really took me back to the late 1970’s. So if the thought of REDRUM or “Here’s Johnny” hasn’t put you off then read on. Frankly for the price I paid I don’t feel...

Given the price I wasn't really expecting too much. The room was clean and big enough for just the one night. Breakfast was lovely. Decor could do with modernising and maybe the teddy bears could go. Also the cat wandering around the dining room while guest where eating was a bit off putting.
