Sue was a brilliant host from the beginning offering a cup of tea as soon as we arrived, much needed after driving from Essex. Our room was lovely and clean and had everything...

Just returned from a 2 night stay in Blackpool and after having stayed in 4/5 B&Bs in Blackpool this one has certainly come out trumps. I stayed with my Partner who was very dubious about staying in a B&B again but nothing failed. The room was absolutely lovely, clean, hot shower, tea and coffee facilities. We arrived quite late on...

Lost count how many times have stayed here and love going back it's like visiting friends. Sue and John are great hosts and always welcome you. Breakfast is the best in Blackpool by far. Excellent value for money and bonus with off street parking where available. No hesitation in recommending.
