We recently stayed here for 3 nights. The room was small with 3 adults and a toddler but it was our choice (because of cost) to have a room with a double and single bed. The en-suite was tiny but as we were all one family it was ok for us. The noise from the toilet and water through the... More

I didn't have breakfast, so cannot commend on that. The owner was friendly and accommodating, but the room itself was not at all worth the money it cost for the stay. The room was tiny, with a bunk bed, even though it was listed and booked as a twin. Looking up at the top bunk, some of the slats were... More

Paid extra for a room with private bathroom, was well worth it- Bed was huge, room was spotless. Hotel is in a great location, just down the road from coral island amusement arcade and close to the main bars in Blackpool. Owner seemed really friendly, did what he could to make our stay more pleasurable.

Basic, budget style bed and breakfast. A bit tired inside but it's decent value for money. Located pretty close to the tower on north shore. No onsite carp ark but there is a council car park at the bottom of the road, parking there is chargeable but motorcycle parking is free. The room I had was the twin room with... More

I stayed here in 2012 and it was lovely, so came back may 2016 and it's obviously new owners, hasn't had a decent clean since last time I was there I'd say. Charged for the tele remote as if your gonna take it home with you. Awful, sink was dirty, not hoovered and manky!

Hi we came to stay over at the shanklin hotel for 4 nights. As a family of 4 we were given a family room that was more than comfortable. Immediately we were seen to and helped with our double buggy and suitcase. Obviously we had our hands full. We were very grateful for a warm welcome and tea/coffee facilities in... More
