We had a one night stay at the Big Blue Hotel and cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Upon arrival we were told we'd been given an upgrade and we were given a lovely spacious room on the fourth floor. The room was immaculate, with a large bed and tea/coffee facilities. The service in the hotel was fantastic and the...

Stayed one night here on my way to Scotland. The hotel is next to the theme park and they offered us free tickets to explore the park. Although we are seniors we went for a walk around, a kids paradise for sure...The hotel itself was wonderful, friendly staff, free on site parking and lovely clean rooms...The breakfast buffet was excellent....

Four of us stayed here in April 2017 through a package on travelzoo. We paid for the nights stay, 3 course meal and breakfast in one before we even got there. Upon arrival we were going to the pleasure beach that day, we called earlier and asked if it was okay to park the car for the day as we...

Excellent hotel - having stayed in many hotels for by daughters Latin and ballroom dancing but this place runs smoothly with good attentive staff. We traveled as a group of 30 and they accommodated all that we asked. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it too. The food for breakfast and dinner was also good and right next to the theme park.

Stayed here for the second time on Sunday night. Brilliant hotel again, booked a double room and was given a family room with play station and snakes and ladders game which was great as my son was with me. Amazing hotel for visiting Pleasure Beach, nice sea view and good breakfast. The only slight negative would be that the waitress...

Stayed here 15th -17th May. Weather was horrible, this hotel is really lovely, room was perfect. Only one thing, no extractor for bathroom, steam could not escape. Would stay again if I ever return to Blackpool

The hotels pretty for Blackpool as most hotels there are a dive, the bedroom was a lovely size with nice balcony doors looking out over the pleasure beach which was lovely until they were still drunk rowdy individuals on the rollacoasters until 11pm at night! We stayed in a deluxe double room within a quiet zone which was absolutely fine...
