Can't believe some people ! You book a budget hotel n expect the ritz! We had a gr8 time , off street parking, clean spacious rooms, friendly staff , evening bar, full English with as much tea n toast as u like , all for a competitive price n within walking distance of Blackpool central , would definitely recommend for...

Where do i start.... on approach to hotel looked ok... member of staff at reception really helpful and polite.. got our keys wow was on top floor what a treck carpets minging walls full of stains dark n dingy... bare in mind it was after 3pm all room had rubbish and dirty laundry outside the doors... trip hazard.... so we...

Really well situated for a lot of Blackpool's best attractions. Room clean & tidy ... I have made a couple of suggestions to the lovely VERY helpful owner and his efficient new manager Paul who is great and again so helpful with anything you want or need . Stay away never enter, staff where ok, but room was bad. The lock looked like someone had tried to kick door in. There was no tv in room, and the food was not great said that a sign said, you could ask for more if wanted, and then had the manager came over say that if we did it again...

you get what you pay for having said that we had a lovely stay friendly staff room was comfortable clean tea coffee available in room breakfast was very good they cater your requests games room more for older children but my granddaughter did love the ride there are a few improvements that could be made but this did not spoil...

First & correct impression was of shabbiness-toilet/shower room door (possibly salvaged off a skip) was supposed to slide-it just kept falling off 'tracking' & refused to close thus ensuring privacy was impossible-academic as far as showering was concerned as the only water available for duration of stay was icy cold-both for shower & hand basin-lack of privacy rather awkward for...

I've stayed in all sorts of different accommodation in different countries as well as this one. I've stayed in luxurious places, I've stayed in cheap as chips places. Stayed here this weekend for a hen do. We paid £68 a head which got us entry to the Adonis cabaret, a few vouchers (didn't use) and an overnight stay in this 'hotel'. First recommendation: Don't use a package provider, book separately yourself. For the same price you'll be able to book the show and get yourself a nicer hotel....

very good hotel,nice clean sheets comfy bed. ,had a full cooked English breakfast which was cooked fresh. ,neil ran the hotel very impressive with the service he provided,carried our luggage to our hotel room and all staff very good,nothing was to trouble for them ,ideal base for sightseeing,will def stay there again
