By far the best B&B in Blackpool! Prime location right in the heart of everything. The room was spotlessly clean. All the facilities you could possibly want were available complimentary in our room eg; tea & coffee, toiletries, fridge, safe, computer with fast free wifi, hair dryer and straighteners to name a few. The full English breakfast on both mornings...

This place is really good value for money. It is run by people who really ensure that all your needs are met from the welcome to the goodbye. They constantly check in with you that everything is as expected and it is and more besides. The place has a really nice homely feeling without being unprofessional. Firstly it is spotless...

...but it deserves the rating. The overall package: location, cleanliness, breakfast, owners & price (ridiculous value for money), all add up to a no brainer, place to return to for a no frills, friendly place to stay.

Wow (our picture) we felt as though we were on a second honeymoon. Very comfortable exceptional value for...

Great location, and good access to all that Blackpool can offer. Our room was cozy, warm and with lots of tea and coffee. Paul and Craig are such welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. When we come to Blackpool again, this would always be our first option to stay! The breakfast is probably one of the best that I have ever...

i would recommend this hotel to anyone, very close to shops, banks, bookies, places to eat, pubs - it may be a little bit futher from the theme park but I consider this better, its a lot quieter at night and it gives you a longer walk for which you have time to take in what blackpool has to over,...
