We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival and given all the information we needed. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant at all times. The food was very good , with a varied three course evening meal with...

As it's the weekend before Valentine's Day there was a special Valentines menu 3 courses and a bottle of wine for £15. We decided to give it a try as it was so cheap, it was unbelievable! The food was amazing everything freshly...

So we Refused our room and at 10:30pm we searched bookings.com for an alternative, the Carousel had vacancies so we booked online and drove down the prom to the hotel, the hotel was very clean and staff...

Stayed here for two nights at a weekend as part of a training course based in the hotel. The location feels a little bit out of town - especially at the end of January - although buses and trams run outside the door. But the friendly professionalism of the staff I encountered more than made up for that. The layout...

After having stayed before in The Big Blue we decided to try another Hotel in the same price range. What a mistake! Tiny room with an obstacle course to get to the bathroom and downright rude staff serving in the dining area and bar. Food itself was almost inedible but one saving grace was the Crab with Toast! We would...
