This has got to be the worst place that I have ever stayed! We paid more than the average b&b for Blackpool but made the mistake of not checking the reviews before we booked. There was no one else staying there that weekend just us, surprise, surprise!,but we still couldn't check in till after 3??? There were kids and family just...

I dont even know where to start, way past 2am there were the owners kids screaming and their dog barking in the lobby, we were on the top floor it felt like we were in the same room. The room was horrific, curtains hanging off, wallpaper falling off, decor was hideous, the smell of the entire place is hideous, i...

We had a lovely time, rooms are clean pet friendly. Staff are helpful and always there if need anything. Had a fantastic time. My son really enjoyed spending time with the other children. We felf like part of the family. Can't wait to see you all again in October and to have more laughs.

This isn't a place a would go back to. We only stayed one night, if it was more I would have gone else where. The smell when you first enter wasn't nice. There was THINGS everywhere. The carpets was dirty. The room wasn't to bad apart from damp on the walls which was peeling the wallpaper off. The shower had...

My husband and I have visited this hotel with our son twice now and both times have found this a clean hotel that is very reasonably priced. The rooms could do with a bit of money ploughing into them but let's remember times are hard and money is sparse. All in all a good value hotel. The staff are always...

Me and my friends arrived on 15th july 2016. As we entered the foul smell hit you like a smack in the face. It stank of damp, mould, and dog it literally took your breath away. The bar area was being used by the owners as a front room with pushchair bouncer and nappies etc all over. There was junk...

You would be better if sleeping on the beach or a bus stop!!! No kidding this place is awful, the smell is horrendous, could only describe as cat pee, mixed with BO. The place is absolutely filthy!!! I have no idea how this place hadn't been closed down!!!! It's family run and they are friendly enough but it's disgusting in...

Arrived with my wife on Thursday 7th April for my birthday treat. We have been before and I noted a number of improvements since my previous visit. Parking is still an issue but usually a space would appear. We stayed for 3 nights including breakfast and cost me £50 per night which I found quite reasonable for the location and...

I've got to start this review by saying that the night we stayed the room rate was £23 a night so we didn't have high hopes. We thought as long as the room was clean it would be a bed for the night on the way to Carlisle from Cambridge and break up the journey. It is in a very...
