First time of staying in this hotel. Although the hotel was spotless and the owner very nice and made you feel welcome, I have to say for a Deluxe King the room was on the small side compared to other hotels I have stayed in at Blackpool. It was also a little far out for us.

We came up to Blackpool so that my husband and son could go to football at nearby Fleetwood on Easter Monday. We wanted something out of the centre and a bit quieter and we certainly struck gold. Although it is on a main road with the addition of regular trams going past, it was very peaceful and we all slept...

Fabulous room, Great bar and lovely views. Staff could not have been more helpful , Can recommend this hotel, and even though it is on North shore , there is a tram stop practically outside, which can take you into the centre of the busiest part of the promenade, or to Fleetwood where there is great out of town shopping
