lovely accommodation, far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be a quiet, safe street but close enough to walk to main attractions Angela & Keith give you a warm welcome and the parrot is quite entertaining too would definitely recommend to friends and would love to go back (if they'll have us)

Just got back from an amazing 5 days at this lovely hotel. Very clean throughout, rooms are beautiful. Angela and Keith, the owners are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. This hotel is a little marvel in a maze of other hotels. The owners go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and valued. What a great Holiday we had at the KIng Edward nothing was too much trouble. The owners are very accomodating and cater for most dietry requirements They even cooked a Black pudding to my exact Specification. We booked this room for the adjoining room which is like gold dust to find and having kids of opposite sexes, it is vital. A very good choice. Family of 4 booked family room - turned out to be a suite with extra (small) room containing bunk beds and 2nd TV for the kids - can't complain at all about that, and for £85 all in, including breakfast, in July - simply a bargain.
