From the minute we walked through the door the owners, Mark and Phil, made us feel at home. A welcome drink, a chat and then shown to our room...and what a room! Beautiful decor, comfy beds, spotlessly clean. Added bonus of a fridge, complimentary tea tray and robes as well. The bathroom was spotless and huge too. Nothing was too...

As ex B and B owners ourselves we k kW just how difficult it can be to get it right well Mark and Phil have it Sussed! The cleanliness is amazing, the decor wonderful, location ideal for town and Blackpool's attractions but most importantly are the hosts hosting skills! Stayed for two nights celebrating Valentine's Day and must say a big thank you to Phil and Mark for making our stay wonderful. The little surprises in our room helped but they are so welcoming and friendly. Beautiful, clean and comfy room with everything you could want and the breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choice cereal, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt...

We went up to Blackpool for the weekend and had seen this guest house on 4 in a Bed on tv so really wanted to stay there. When we arrived we were greeted by Mark one of the owners who was friendly and gave us some tips on where to eat and what to do. He also changed our rooms...

Just returned from our New Year Stay with Mark and Phil.had a great time with the A team owners! What an excellent pair of hosts these both gents are... Just wonderful, Mark and Phil made you feel so welcome, we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Blackpool. Warm, friendly, funny, we were made to made welcome from the very first contact when we called to book a room, thankfully they had availability. Nothing was too much trouble, the Guest House is immaculate, right down to the fresh white...

Mark and Phil are great hosts. We stayed in the red room great room shower brilliant. Breakfast great Mark does the cooking Phil serves the breakfast well done guys. Phil could tell you great places for an evening meal 👌. Great job guys hope too see you again next year.

Phil and Dave have a lovely B & B in Cocker Street and they are excellent hosts in their very stylish home which is well situated for all the fun of Blackpool, close to the front, cheap parking and everything you need.
