Well what a find.. a little gem so it is.. Staff lovely, Book in pleasant and easy.. beautiful room, small but lovely and clean. The interior is a Joy to the eye.. you really are quiet taken back.. For a mere £55 per person for 2 including breakfast I couldn't praise it more ... Get booking you will not be...

The owner was very friendly and helpful, i say one night because i stayed there for two, and i expect to get my room cleaned and bed made, this wasn't done, neither was my mates room. Very good breakfast. What i would say its in a Gay area, i am not gay but i do not know Blackpool very well....

Stayed in room 11 for our special occasion. Mel was a great host and made us really welcome from start to finish. A lovely room with a lovely comfy bed. Breakfast was great can't fault it. Warm and welcoming.

Just got back from a great weekend arrived Friday the room was good. Not modern but a great bed and breakfast warm and inviting. Slept like a log both nights might of been the drink but who cares if you sleep well. Breakfast was very nice and Mel did everything he could to make you feel welcome. It's not the...

Stayed here a few times now. Hotel is very nice, rooms lovely. Mel is a great host and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast very nice lots of food to set you up for the day. He has a great bar round the corner called Freddies.Has to be the cheapest bar in Blackpool.good karaoke sessions couple of times a week....

We stayed at the Graydon Hotel for my birthday and what a lovely place it is, rooms excellent, so comfy and spotless. Mel made us feel so welcome such a great guy nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was just perfect, we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Blackpool.

nice wee place. went down to meet some friends.( owners made you me feel welcome .) nice breakfast . they own wee pub as well .yes going back . next to all main places you want to go and see looking forward to summer when I go back . thank from( Michael)

the room was dark and pokey the view form the window was a brick wall. the bathe room was so small you couldn't turn round in the shower. the shower was cold. i was told that there would be parking for me and there was not as a disabled person this is not acceptable and the stairs were far too...

Went to Blackpool to see the King and Queen of rock show,which is a great show but what was even better was finding this gem of a hotel,we have stayed in many hotels in Blackpool over the years,but we won't be looking to stay anywhere else,the only complaint I had with the owner was it is going to cost me...

Nice hotel with loads of character and a lovely owner nice and central with all major tower based attractions close at hand. We would recommend this hotel its lovely and clean and was very quiet look forward to seeing you again sometime soon Thanks Kath.
