Did write a review earlier this year on booking.com, but owners must have noticed the true reflection of their hotel from the review that I left therefore deleted it. Some of the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed- I work in customer service myself so know the sheer line between what's good and bad. Rude, rude, rude! They...

Situated in a great position, easy to access all of the attractions. Overall it was a fantastic stay (one of the best I've been in in Blackpool) would definitely stay here again and would...

Whenever we visit a hotel we have a thing called Kerbside Appeal. The Sandgate didn't have this I'm afraid. Ground floor windows blacked out, path dirty with cigarette butts. The hotel is basically a let yourself in and find your own room. We did this and have to say our room no 10 was one of the smallest we have...

Looks can be deceiving it is a lot nicer on the inside. When we arrived we were not greeted by the owners and didn't see them throughout our 3 day stay. Everything was done via text message which seem a little odd and very different to the personal effort suggested by trip advisor. The room was small but nice. Was...

Great priced hotel. We never met the hosts unfortunately but they were quick to respond to our messages when we needed anything. Few things wrong with the room stained sheets and towels and also a broken toilet roll holder but for the price we paid it was not too bad :) Free wifi also! Really good location as very near...

Blackpool really is incredibly romantic , a walk along the beach is a real treasure and to watch the sun go down (and come up ) is a real treat, winter sunsets are quite spectacular so bring that camera !
